Today was Leadership Birmingham’s Justice League Career Exploration Day at Woodlawn High School!
The event connected Woodlawn scholars with professionals representing a variety of career fields through an interactive, small-group format.
Rather than formal presentations or recruiting, speakers share information about the careers available in their fields, the education and training pathways required—including opportunities that do not require a four-year college degree—and typical salary ranges.
Students used an interview form to guide their questions and learn directly from professionals about potential career paths.
