Tonight, the Birmingham Board of Education recognized the 2025-2026 cohort of the Aspiring Leaders Academy!
Throughout the year, these educators committed themselves to growing and preparing for future leadership opportunities. Their curriculum included case studies from schools in each learning network, book studies, culture building, crucial conversations, leadership role playing, and exploring the impact of emerging technologies, like artificial intelligence, on student learning.
