District Attorney Danny Carr visited Carver High School to speak with Mrs. Miles’s Forensic students and Officer Dansby’s Law Enforcement students. D.A. Danny Carr shared valuable insights about pursuing justice. The students listened attentively as he explained complex concepts of the judicial system and his role as a district attorney. This provided a unique opportunity for our students to interact and ask questions about the intricacies of the judicial system and the importance of forensic science in solving cases. After graduating from G.W. Carver High School in 2004, Mr. Darius Davenport returned to Carver in 2018 after the late Ms. Nadine Patton told him it was time to “come home.”
He came home as a teacher, continued serving Carver students as a JAG Specialist, and now begins his newest role as Assistant Principal of G.W. Carver High School. Talk about a FULL CIRCLE moment! Congratulations, Mr. Davenport! ❤️💙🐏
