Yesterday, Mrs. Cochran proudly took two of her talented orchestra students, Cayla Tarbert and Jersey Smith, to perform at Carver alumni Destiny McCoy’s Bridgerton-themed event. Cayla and Jersey, both 10th graders, have been working with Mrs. Cochran since 7th grade, and they absolutely wowed the audience with classical covers of "Can’t Help Falling in Love," "Perfect," and "A Thousand Years." 🎻🎶
Mrs. Cochran and the orchestra program are incredibly grateful for Ms. McCoy's generous monetary donation to support the orchestra and for the opportunity to showcase our students' talent in the community. #ExcellenceistheStandard #SuccessStartsHere #SupportingTheArts

Today, our Student Government Association candidates participated in a Meet and Greet with the Carver student body during lunch. We ❤️💙 the passion our students have for their platforms and their school! #ExcellenceistheStandard
