Congratulations to Junior Ram Luis Anguiano Santana, pictured here with SFC Bell, for being named Platoon Sergeant at Mississippi State University's LeaderSTATE Leadership Development Camp! This camp, sponsored by the U.S. Army, provides high school JROTC students with top-notch leadership training and a focus on STEM education.

On Tuesday, Principal Hines, Mrs. Clancy, Mrs. Brownlee, Ms. Clisby, Mr. Davenport, and Coach Bennett presented a valuable session titled "A Systemic Approach to Connect Students to Supports for Success" at the national SREB conference. Their insights and strategies are helping schools across the country enhance student success. Congratulations to Kaci Barron, Academy of Health Sciences scholar and Rams Cheer Team co-captain, for being named an MVP of the Birmingham Young Water Works Ambassadors program today! Over the past month, Kaci participated in hands-on STEM education, learning about water conservation and how to raise community awareness about water issues. Our Rams were also represented by Ms. Johnson, Carver's Algebra II teacher, who served as an educator for the program. Congratulations, Kaci and Ms. Johnson! #FutureReady #ScholarAthlete
